Payment Processing

TicketAna uses trusted and authorized Payment Gateway Service Providers to process all payments securely. These transactions are conducted through SSL-encrypted channels provided by the payment gateway, ensuring the highest level of security. We do not store any of your sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, bank account details, PINs, etc. Your payment request is directly handled by the payment gateway provider and your respective bank to complete the online transaction.

Cancellation and Refund Support

We assist event organizers and their buyers in managing cancellations and refunds. If an event organizer decides to cancel their event and initiate refunds for buyers, we, as a platform provider, facilitate the refund process. Once the organizer processes the refund, it typically takes 7-10 working days for the amount to be credited to the buyer's original payment method. Following the initiation of the cancellation, an email notification is sent to the buyer confirming that the refund has been processed.

Refund Process Based on Buyer-Organizer Agreement

If an event organizer decides to issue a refund to one or more buyers based on mutual communication and agreement, we, as a platform provider, extend our support to facilitate the refund process. Once the organizer initiates the refund, it generally takes 7-10 working days for the amount to be credited to the buyer's original payment method. After the cancellation is initiated, an email notification is sent to the buyer confirming that the refund has been processed.

Refund for Unsuccessful Transactions

If your payment was unsuccessful during the ticket purchase process, we assist you by providing relevant information and forwarding your refund request to the payment gateway provider. The refund will be initiated through the same payment method used during the transaction.

Payment Refund Support

If TicketAna cancels the service in its entirety without any valid cause, you will be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the remaining portion of your service period at the time of cancellation. However, all payments made to TicketAna for the services are considered non-refundable, including any one-time setup fees or subsequent charges, irrespective of usage.

Any disputes related to overcharges or billing discrepancies must be reported within 30 days from the date the issue occurred. In the event that you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer, and TicketAna determines that the charge was valid under the Terms of Service, you agree to pay TicketAna an applicable Administrative Fee to cover the processing and handling costs incurred.
