1. Overview

TicketAna is a digital ticketing platform that enables event organizers to create and manage events, while allowing customers to purchase tickets online. As a fully digital service, no physical shipping takes place. All tickets are delivered electronically.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital tickets and related information are delivered to customers.

2. Digital Ticket Delivery

All tickets purchased through TicketAna are delivered digitally via the following methods:

2.1 Email Delivery

  • Tickets are sent instantly to the buyer's registered email address upon successful payment.
  • Email includes the ticket (QR/Barcode), order details, and event information.

2.2 Additional Delivery Methods

Currently, TicketAna does not support SMS delivery.

2.3 Customer Portal Download

  • Buyers can download their tickets anytime using the "Download/Resend Ticket" option on the event page.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Digital ticket delivery is typically instant.
  • In rare cases, due to server delays or email provider queues, delivery may take up to 10 minutes.

4. Non-Receipt of Tickets

If the customer does not receive the ticket:

  • Check the Spam/Junk folder.
  • Use the Resend Ticket option on the event page.
  • Contact the Event Organizer for immediate assistance.
  • Reach out to TicketAna Support at [email protected] for platform-related issues.

Note: TicketAna can help resend the ticket but is not responsible for event admission, which is managed by the Organizer.

5. No Physical Shipping

  • TicketAna does not ship printed tickets, merchandise, or any physical items.
  • If an Organizer independently provides physical passes, shipping responsibility lies solely with the Organizer.

6. Incorrect Email Address

TicketAna is not responsible for tickets not being delivered due to:

  • Incorrect email address entered by the customer
  • Email inbox issues

Customers may contact the Organizer or TicketAna support to update email details and resend tickets.

7. Organizer-Specific Delivery Policies

Event Organizers may choose to provide additional delivery methods such as:

  • On-spot printed passes
  • WhatsApp ticket sharing

These options are Organizer-dependent and outside TicketAna's control.
