What does "3% + 18% GST + Gateway fee" mean?

We charge 3% of each ticket sale as our platform fee, plus 18% GST on the platform fee, plus the payment gateway fees (which vary by payment method). For example, if you sell a ticket for ₹1000, our platform fee would be ₹30, plus ₹5.40 as GST (18% of ₹30), plus the gateway fee charged by the payment provider.

What payment methods are supported?

We support all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other popular payment gateways. All transactions are processed securely.

When do I get paid for ticket sales?

Payments are processed securely and transferred to your registered bank account according to our payout schedule. You can track all transactions in your dashboard.

Can I customize the service fee for my events?
