TicketAna is an online ticketing and registration platform that empowers users to promote events, sell tickets, and discover events, conferences, and gatherings worldwide. It also enables users to share events with their network, expanding the reach of their events. This page outlines our Terms of Service, which govern the use of TicketAna's platform and services. By using TicketAna, you agree to comply with these terms.
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the legally binding terms and conditions for using the services provided by TicketAna. By accessing, browsing, or using TicketAna's platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you are advised to discontinue using TicketAna's services immediately. By using TicketAna's services, you agree to abide by these terms, whether you are a "Visitor" (browsing the platform without registration) or a "Member" (registered with TicketAna). Both Visitors and Members are collectively referred to as "Users". If you wish to register as a Member, purchase tickets, promote events, or engage in any other services offered by TicketAna, you must read and accept these terms during the registration process. We encourage you to download or print a copy of this Agreement for your reference.
The term "Authorized User" refers to any individual, organization, or entity that has subscribed to TicketAna's services and has been provided access through a username and password, either generated by TicketAna or set by the user. Only authorized users have the right to access TicketAna's services, and TicketAna will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access, misuse of services, or any loss, damages, or consequences caused by the unauthorized use of a valid username and password, regardless of whether the unauthorized user is known to the authorized user.
The term "Services" refers to the event management, ticketing, registration, promotion, event networking, and related services provided by TicketAna. As a user, you agree not to copy, resell, duplicate, distribute, or exploit any part of TicketAna's services for commercial purposes without prior written consent from TicketAna.
This Agreement may be modified or updated at any time by TicketAna without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately once posted on the website. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms regularly. In the event of any conflict between our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will prevail. If you do not agree to any of the terms mentioned in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using or accessing TicketAna's services. Your continued use of TicketAna's platform implies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.
The services offered by TicketAna are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering or using TicketAna's services, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If TicketAna discovers that a user is under the age of 18, TicketAna reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any or all parts of TicketAna's services without prior notice. Additionally, TicketAna holds the authority to deny access to any future services if any age restrictions or terms are violated.
TicketAna reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is the sole responsibility of the user to periodically review these terms to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of TicketAna's services following the modification of the terms shall constitute implied acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any modifications made, you must immediately discontinue using the platform.
TicketAna offers a comprehensive, self-service event management platform designed to assist event organizers in creating, managing, and promoting events. This includes setting up events, configuring event details such as ticket pricing, event location, registration forms, attendee information collection, ticket inventory management, and other event-related functionalities.

The services provided by TicketAna are tailored to offer complete event management solutions for event organizers while ensuring a smooth and secure event registration process for attendees.
TicketAna provides a comprehensive web-based solution for event organizers to create event websites, sell tickets, and manage attendee registrations. The platform allows attendees to purchase tickets directly from the organizer's event site. TicketAna solely acts as a service provider by processing payments on behalf of the organizer and does not partake in the contractual relationship between the organizer and the attendee. It is the sole responsibility of the organizer to inform attendees of any applicable legal rights or terms associated with the event or ticket purchase.
When opting for the Direct Payment Collection (DPC) service, both the Buyer (Attendee) and the Organizer (Event Host) agree to abide by the Terms of Use governing this service, as the financial transaction takes place directly between the Buyer and the Organizer through the DPC service. Under the DPC option, the payment made by the Buyer is collected directly by the Organizer. Therefore, any request for a refund, cancellation, or dispute related to the payment must be made directly to the Organizer. TicketAna has no involvement or liability regarding refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment errors under the DPC facility. All communication regarding refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks is solely between the Buyer and the Organizer. TicketAna does not process or intervene in any refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback communication initiated under DPC. As a Buyer, if you wish to seek a refund or cancellation for your purchase, you are advised to directly contact the Organizer for further assistance. TicketAna assumes no responsibility or liability for any failed refund, payment error, or dispute arising between the Buyer and the Organizer. It is the Organizer's sole responsibility to process refunds and address any payment-related issues with the Buyer.
No chargeback requests or payment disputes shall be entertained in the event of successful delivery of the first mandatory service as outlined in the ticket details, or if the User (Buyer) has provided positive feedback such as "Satisfied" or "Very Satisfied" for the service received. Furthermore, no modifications, alterations, or changes in the ordered services or duration of the selected plan shall be accepted once the purchase has been made. The User acknowledges that upon successful delivery of the service and the submission of satisfactory feedback, the transaction is considered complete, and hence no chargeback requests or claims for non-delivery of service shall be admissible at any time during the contract period. In the event that the User explicitly provides feedback as "Satisfied" or "Very Satisfied" on the service received, it shall be deemed as conclusive proof of service delivery, and the User cannot subsequently claim that the service was not provided or not delivered. Any attempt to file a chargeback after providing satisfactory feedback will be considered invalid and will not be entertained or processed.
TicketAna shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, errors, or inappropriate content in advertisements caused by the dynamic nature of the web, hidden or invisible content, or errors in digital or printed formats. TicketAna reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, reposition, or remove any advertisement material without prior notice and without liability.
TicketAna may provide forward-looking statements on its website concerning future events, expectations, or outcomes. These statements involve certain risks, uncertainties, and external factors that may cause actual results to vary significantly from those projected. TicketAna does not provide any assurance that the anticipated results will be achieved, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any forecasts, estimates, or other forward-looking information provided on the site.
TicketAna owns all intellectual property rights related to the code, databases, visual design, and layout of the Service. However, TicketAna does not claim ownership of any content, profile information, or materials you provide to the Service, and such content remains your property. You agree not to use any automated tools, including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar methods, to monitor, copy, or extract content from the Service without prior written permission from TicketAna. Additionally, you may not resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service, including its visual design or layout, without the express written consent of TicketAna. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or exploitation of the Service or its design may result in legal action and termination of your access to the Service.
TicketAna may, to the extent permitted or required by applicable law, collect, use, or disclose personal information in response to security-related concerns, law enforcement investigations, or as part of its cooperation with regulatory authorities or compliance with legal obligations. Such actions will be taken only when legally mandated or reasonably necessary to protect the interests of TicketAna or its users.
TicketAna will always seek your specific and prior consent before sharing your personally identifiable information (PII) with any partner, user, or third party. However, in the event of a law enforcement request or under specific legal circumstances, we may be obligated to disclose your information or account content to the appropriate authorities without prior notice. In case of merger, acquisition, or transfer of ownership, we will inform you about the same through our website.

The event information, venues, and services displayed on TicketAna are provided by event organizers or third parties. TicketAna does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of such information and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or damages caused by third-party suppliers or event organizers, including personal injuries, property damage, or other expenses.
In cases of cancellation, overbooking, strikes, force majeure, or other situations beyond TicketAna's control, TicketAna shall not bear any liability for resulting delays, rerouting, or financial loss. Additionally, TicketAna does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform and shall not be held responsible for any service interruptions due to technical issues or external factors. TicketAna's maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total service charges paid by you during the period in which the damage occurred. In no event shall TicketAna be liable for any special or consequential losses.
By using TicketAna, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketAna, its parent company (He5 Solutions), subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, partners, and contractors from any loss, claim, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to any content you share or post, any Third-Party Applications, Software, or Content you use, your conduct on the platform, your violation of this Agreement, any law, or the rights of any third party.
You agree that TicketAna reserves the right to terminate your Member Account and access to the platform for various reasons, including but not limited to, violation of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, a request from you to close your account, discontinuation or significant modification of the Services, unforeseen technical difficulties, prolonged periods of inactivity, or requests from law enforcement or other government authorities. Upon termination, your access to the platform, including your account information such as your email ID, password, and stored data, may be deleted as permitted or required by law.
All matters concerning your access to and use of the TicketAna platform shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India, for any disputes arising from or related to your use of TicketAna. Use of TicketAna is prohibited in any jurisdiction that does not uphold all provisions of these terms and conditions, including this clause.
