2. Event Cancellations

If an event is canceled by the organizer:

  • You will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price (excluding any service or processing fees unless required by law).
  • Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You will be notified via email with refund confirmation details.

3. Event Postponements or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the new event date.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of the event organizer.
  • If refunds are approved, you will receive instructions via email on how to request a refund.

4. Non-Attendance

No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, including transportation issues, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you believe you made a duplicate or accidental ticket purchase, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase. We'll review your case and may issue a refund at our discretion.
